Anyway, pernah penasaran gak sama kulit selebriti luar negeri yang kulitnya terlihat cerah, halus, glowing sehat. 

Selain perawatan yg baik, rahasianya adalah...

Exfoliating! 
alias pengelupasan sel kulit mati.

Sebenarnya teknik exfoliasi ini buannyaaak macamnya. Tapi yang mau aku bahas adalah exfoliasi tersimple, yaitu Exfoliating Toner.
Bahan Exfoliating toner yg sedang trend saat ini adalah "Acid/asam". Acid toner terbukti ampuh dalam mengangkat sel kulit mati, memudarkan noda, garis halus/tanda penuaan, komedo, hingga jerawat dalam waktu singkat.

 Actually there are many kinds of exfoliation
techniques. But what I want to discuss is simple exfoliation, which is Exfoliating Toner.
Exfoliating toner ingredients that are the trend right now are "Acid". Acid toner has proven to
be effective in removing dead skin cells, reducing blemishes, fine lines / signs of aging,

blackheads, and acne in a short time.

Exfoliating toner yg populer saat ini terbagi menjadi  2 bahan jenis acid, yakni: 

Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs)
Yang termasuk Alpha-HydroxyAcids (AHAs) atau Asam alpha-hydroxy (AHA) ialah glycolic, lactic, tartarat, dan citric acids. Krim dan lotion yang mengandung AHA dapat membantu menghilangkan garis-garis halus, pigmentasi tidak teratur, dan bintik-bintik usia. 

Beta-Hydroxy Acid (Salicylic Acid)
Salicylic Acid (asam salisilat) berfungsi mengelupas serta memperbaiki tekstur dan warna kulit. Hal ini berlaku juga pada kulit yang berjerawat.Banyak produk perawatan kulit yang mengandung asam salisilat. Penelitian menunjukkan, dibandingkan AHA, asam salisilat tidak terlalu mengiritasi, tetapi memiliki hasil yang sama dalam meningkatkan tekstur dan warna kulit.

*Efek samping dari kedua acid diatas adalah iritasi ringan dan sensitivitas terhadap sinar matahari.

 Exfoliating toner which is popular today is divided into
2 types of acid, namely: 

 Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) 
Which includes Alpha-Hydroxy
Acids (AHAs) or alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA) are glycolic, lactic, mandelic, tartaric, and citric acids.
Creams and lotions that contain AHA can help remove fine lines, irregular pigmentation, and
age spots. 
Beta-Hydroxy Acid (Salicylic Acid) 
Salicylic Acid (salicylic acid) functions to
exfoliate and improve the texture and color of the skin. This also applies to acne prone skin.
Many skin care products contain salicylic acid. Research shows, compared to AHA, salicylic
acid is not too irritating, but has the same results in improving the texture and color of the
skin.

* Side effects of the two acids above are minor irritations and sensitivity to sunlight.
 Pilih AHA atau BHA?
Toner yang mengandung AHA biasanya cocok untuk kulit yang mature/dry skin. Dimana memberikan tekstur lebih plump, kenyal. 
Sedangkan BHA biasanya cocok untuk jenis kulit berminyak/jerawat/banyak komedo.

Kapan sebaiknya menggunakan produk acid?
Disaat kulit kamu terasa kusam dan mulai bermasalah (big pores, komedo, jerawat, flek, dll). Setelah kulit dibersihkan aplikasikan toner dengan lembut dikulit dan biarkan kulit membiasakan diri dengan produk ini dengan mencoba beberapa hari, Jangan gunakan terlalu banyak, ikuti petunjuk pada botol atau kemasan.
Untuk penggunaan acid pada wajah, cara terbaik adalah dengan menggunakan 3-4x seminggu pada malam hari.

 Bisakah menggabungkan Exfoliating toner dengan (beberapa) produk skincare lain?
Tentu bisa! ini namanya metode layering ala Korea.
Seseorang bisa menggunakan 10-20 jenis produk yang berbeda, namun jumlah dan urutannya bisa berbeda saat digunakan di siang maupun malam hari. 

 Choose AHA or BHA? 
Toners that contain AHA are usually suitable for mature skin /
dry skin. Where gives a more plump texture, springy. Whereas BHA is usually suitable for
oily / pimples / many blackheads. 
When should you use acidic products? 
When your skin
feels dull and starts to trouble (big pores, blackheads, pimples, spots, etc.). After cleaning the skin, apply toner gently to the skin and let the skin familiarize yourself with this product by trying for a few days. For the use of acid on the face, the best way is to use 3-4x a week at night. 
Can you combine Exfoliating toner with some other skincare products? 
Certainly can!
this is called Korean-style layering method. A person can use 10-20 different types of

products, but the number and order can be different when used during the day or night.
Ribet? Emang!
Tapi coba perhatikan wajah orang maupun artis-artis Korea. Kulitnya licin dan wajahnya terlihat lebih awet muda, kan? karena mereka lebih fokus ke prevention/pencegahan dari berbagai masalah kulit. Nah kalo kulit udah sehat, pakai apapun akan tetap menarik. Berbeda sama kebanyakan orang Indonesia yg lebih suka menutupi kulit dengan mekap tebel ala ibu tiri disinetron :p

 Okay, back to topic
Yang harus diingat Exfoliating toner dipakai sesudah kulit dibersihkan. Usap memakai kapas lalu dilanjutkan dengan memakai hydrating toner.

 Layer urutan secara garis besarnya dengan masing-masing jedah beberapa menit:
1). Cleansing
2). Washing
3). Adjusting toner
4). Exfoliating Toner 
5). Hydrating toner
6). Serum
7). Face Oil
8). Moisturizer

 Noisy? Indeed! 
But look at the faces of Korean people and artists. His skin is slippery and his
face looks younger, right? because they are more focused on prevention / prevention of
various skin problems. Now if the skin is healthy, using anything will still be interesting.
Different from most Indonesians who prefer to cover the skin with a thick-skinned
stepmother style soap opera: p

What to remember Exfoliating toner is
used after the skin is cleaned. Wipe using cotton and then proceed with using hydrating toner.

Untuk regime sehari-hari aku cukup memakai produk yg kutandai dgn tulisan bold. Ga sanggup euy begadang tiap malem buat nunggu jedah layering semuanya >.<

*Ingat! Jika kamu ingin memakai Exfoliating toner sebagai regime setiap hari, wajib memakai Hydrating toner (penyeimbang pH/tingkat kelembaban kulit) agar tidak terjadi over exfoliated (iritasi).

Kebetulan kulitku tidak bermasalah dengan blackhead, jadi pilihanku (saat ini) jatuh pada AHA.



COSRX? 
Mungkin belum banyak yg tau sama brand satu ini. 
COSRX merupakan merk Korea yang baru berdiri sejak 2014 lalu, eiittsss meski baru berdiri COSRX telah berpengalaman di bidang industri kosmetik Korea selama lebih dari 14tahun dalam mengembangkan dan menganalisis berbagai penelitian tentang kebutuhan customer berdasarkan tipe kulitnya. Hal ini terbukti mereka sangat kooperatif dalam mendengarkan mention keluhan dan masukan dari customer setianya. 
Oiya brand COSRX ini lebih fokus ke ingredients manfaat dari tiap produknya, jadi mereka memangkas bahan2 pelengkap yg dinilai mubazir dan merugikan bagi kulit.
Their ingredients list is relatively short and pretty straight forwards. Products is fragrance free, paraben free and coloring free.
Produk-produk yg ditawarkan COSRX kebanyakan untuk masalah kulit berjerawat, bekas jerawat, pori2, dan tidak berfokus pada range usia tertentu tetapi kepada permasalahan kulit yang lebih spesifik.

 Incidentally my skin has no problems with blackheads, so my choice fell on the AHA.
COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid 
COSRX? 
Maybe not many people know about this
one brand. COSRX is a Korean brand that was founded in 2014, although it has only been
established COSRX has experienced in the Korean cosmetics industry for more than 14 years in developing and analyzing various research on customer needs based on skin type. It is proven that they are very cooperative in listening to mention complaints and input from loyal customers. The COSRX brand is more focused on the ingredients of the benefits of each product, so they cut out complementary ingredients that are considered wasteful and harmful to the skin. Their ingredients list is relatively short and pretty straight forwards. Products is fragrance free, paraben free and coloring free. The products offered by COSRX are mostly
for acne prone skin problems, acne scars, pores, and do not focus on a specific age range but on more specific skin problems.


•Kemasan:
Kotak COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead  ini berwarna dominan putih, di sana informasi jelas mengenai produk. Untungnya ada bahasa Inggrisnya (which is sangat jarang di produk Korea). Perhatikan juga peringatan yg tertera.

 Packaging: 
The COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead box is predominantly white, there is clear
information about the product. Luckily there is English (which is very rare in Korean
products). Also pay attention to the warnings listed. 


Botolnya berbahan plastik transparant, sekilas terlihat seperti kaca yah..
Aplikatornya berupa pump dan ada tutup tambahan.

•Isi:
Bertekstur seperti air, bening dan encer tapi memiliki aroma kecut. Untungnya sih aromanya cepet ilang pas dioles di kulit wajah. Ada rasa tingling (perih) beberapa menit, sebelum meresap dikulit. Sebagian orang memakainya langsung dengan tangan, tapi aku lebih nyaman memakainya dengan menggunakan kapas.
Kandungan AHA 7%  pada produk ini termasuk tinggi dibandingkan toner pada umumnya jadi pemakaian nya tidak boleh terlalu sering karena bisa menyebabkan overexfolation yang bikin kulit kering iritasi dan mengelupas (pengalamanku pertama kali pakai)
Seperti kebanyakan acid toner lain, produk ini sangat tergantung pada pH, so make sure your face has low pH before applying this.

 Contents: 
Textured like water, clear and runny but has a sour aroma. Fortunately, the aroma
quickly disappears when applied to the skin. There is a feeling of tingling (stinging) a few
minutes, before it permeates the skin. Some people wear it directly by hand, but I'm more
comfortable wearing it using cotton. The 7% AHA content in this product is high compared
to toner in general so its use should not be too frequent because it can cause overexfolation
that makes skin irritation and peeling dry (my first time using it) Like most other acid toners,
this product is very dependent on pH, so make sure your face has a low pH before applying this.



Aku pakai AHA power liquid ini setelah cuci muka, agar khasiatnya bekerja maksimal dengan pH di kulit. 
Cukup 1 pump untuk seluruh muka, bisa juga dipakai di spot area tertentu aja yg cuma perlu beberapa tetes. Setelah itu tunggu 25-30 menit baru dilanjutkan dengan Hydrating toner (aku pakai brand Korea lainnya: dear, Klairs) atau skincare lainnya.

 I use this AHA power liquid after washing my face, so that the properties work best with
pH on the skin. Just 1 pump for the whole face, can also be used in certain spot areas that
only need a few drops. After that, wait 25-30 minutes then continue with Hydrating toner (I use other Korean brands: dear, Klairs) or other skincare.

Kesimpulan:
This is good stuff! Gak butuh lama melihat hasilnya, kurang dari seminggu tekstur kulitku terasa sangat halus, komedo dan jerawat jarang muncul, terasa lembab dan sangat cerah.. Meski agak repot dengan melakukan ritual double toning (exfoliating + hydrating) pada malam hari. 
Yang bikin semangat pas bangun pagi liat muka kulit jadi halusss \^0^/

 Conclusion: 
This is good stuff! It didn't take long to see the results, less than a week the
texture of my skin felt very smooth, blackheads and pimples rarely appeared, felt moist and
very bright. Although some trouble by doing the double toning ritual (exfoliating +
hydrating) at night. What makes the veri good spirit when I wake up in the morning look so smooth skin.



(+) Produk toner Acid AHA yang benar2 berkualitas dengan hasil yg nyata
(+) isi 100ml dengan kisaran harga 200k, dipakai sebulan gak habis-habis... HEMAT!
(+) Packaging yang baik, gak mudah rusak. *punyaku udah beberapa kali jatuh
(-) Sebenarnya ga ada kekurangannya sih, tapi untuk kulit sensitif sebaiknya beli trial kemasan sachetnya. Karena gak semua orang cocok dengan acid toner AHA.

 Pros:
1). A really good quality Acid AHA toner product with tangible results (+) 100ml
contents with 200k price range, saving
2). good packaging, not perishable.
Cons:
For sensitive skin should buy trial sachet packaging. Because not everyone is compatible with AHA acid toner.
